Ingredients

Creatine hydrochloride, gelatine, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colours: E 171, E 104, E 172. E 104 may adversely affect the activity and attention of children.

Recommended dosage
3 capsules daily, before training, are recommended. On free days, 3 capsules during the day. Supplement for 6 weeks, then discontinue supplementation for 2 to 4 weeks.
