AminoProtein – Whey Gold Delicious DOSAGE:

• Mix 2 full scoops, or 2 scooped tablespoons (35g). Of protein in 200-250ml of water and consume 2-3 times daily as follows. Post-workout, for a snack, or at night before bed.
• On your day off, it is recommended for a snack and snack, or in the evening before going to bed.
